Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 313.200 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the cow-shed of co-accused Ashok Kumar.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender

No.64761 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Court II Muzaffarpur in Saraiya P.
