2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to pass an appropriate final order in Vigilance Case No. 226A of 2014, which is pending for a pretty long time.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the pleadings made in the writ application, respondent nos. 1 and 2 are directed to expedite Vigilance Case No. 226A of 2014 and dispose it of, as expeditiously as possible.
