2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haraiya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 / NDPS Case No. 94 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8©, 20(b) ii©, 22 ©, 24, 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 208 grams of Smack like substance and 1092 grams of Charas has been recovered from house of co-accused Md. Nayeem Mia and the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in the illegal trade.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive Special Judge, Court No. II, NDPS, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Haraiya P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 / NDPS Case No. 94 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark her attendance at Haraiya Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
