2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, for the trivial dispute, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim which caused grievous injury to him.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old man aged about 65 years and he has committed no offence as has been alleged against the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 14.06.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the the period of custody and age of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
