2. This application has been filed for restoring CWJC No. 8966 of 2015 to its original file. By order dated 25.06.2025, four weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defects, which could not be done for the reasons as stated in the application. As a consequence of which, the writ application stood dismissed.
3. For the reasons as stated in the application, the present application is allowed and CWJC No. 8966 of 2015 is restored to its original file.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has made compliance of all the defects which was pointed out, although belatedly and hence prays that the restored writ application may be posted under the appropriate heading.
