2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of informant had been killed by her in-laws.

5. For killing the daughter-in-law, the brother-in-law, his wife and his son and other family member have been made accused in this case and the petitioner was arrested in Delhi for the same.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of the suspicion as the petitioner lives in Delhi where he earns his livelihood.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from the impugned order also it appears that no material has been collected by the police to connect with the crime and he is in custody since 18.03.2023.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2021.

11. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial.
