2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.02.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to
