2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11452 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 674 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

4. The order dated 20.06.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.
