Apprehending their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered under section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the present application is filed by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail.

The allegation of kidnapping and carrying the victim is attributed to petitioner no. 1. Being sister, it is also alleged that petitioner no. 2 cooperated.

Mr. Dayal, learned APP submits that there is allegation directly against petitioner no. 1.

Considering the nature of allegation and other materials reflected from the record, the prayer for bail made on behalf of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46679 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 petitioner no. 1 is rejected.

In the event of arrest or surrender in the Court below within four weeks, petitioner no. 2 namely Pinki Devi @ Pinki Kumari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that one of the bailors shall be own close family member of the petitioner.
