JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted the benefits of A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. but the petitioner is entitled to the benefits of one more M.A.C.P.
The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent authority has already passed a detailed, reasoned and speaking order granting the benefits of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. to the petitioner herein.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that the order of this Court has been complied with, hence there is no need to proceed further in the matter. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent authority, he may file fresh writ petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
