The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res-integra. The Division Bench of this Court has already decided the issue in C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018. Following the judgment of the Division Bench, this Court has also disposed of several writ applications including C.W.J.C. No. 10493 of 2019 vide order dated 16.07.2019.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18219 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 For consistency and uniformity, the Court is constrained to dispose of the writ application in the light of the decision of the Division Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018 with a direction to the respondents to scrutinize the case of the petitioner at the touch stone of the judgment of the Division Bench within a maximum period of one month from today and if it is found that the petitioner institute is similarly circumstanced like the institute covered by the judgment of C.W.J.C. No. 19046 of 2018, then the same relief/benefit would be extended to the petitioner at the earliest. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
