JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 In view of the provisions contained in Digha Acquired Land Settlement Act, 2010, all the allotments made by Digha area stand annulled and the allottees would be entitled for refund of the deposits made by the allottees/applicants along with compound interest @ 8% per annum to be calculated from the date of its deposit till the date of its refund.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of in terms thereof with a direction to the Housing Board to make necessary refund of the petitioner along with interest within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
