The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 543 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having stolen motorcycle and as far as the petitioner is concerned, one motorcycle was recovered from his house. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the seizure list also stands vitiated inasmuch as the same does not bear the signature of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 543 of 2019.
