The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in the year 2013, the petitioner has approached the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj but even expiry of nearly six years no decision has been taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.19355 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 one way or the other.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj to take appropriate decision on the appeal filed by the petitioner and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
