2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 448, 379, 509, 354(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was cooking in her courtyard, the FIR named accused person, equipped with iron rod, came there and asked her to give Rs. 40,000/-. At the order of co-accused Rajesh Ram, co-accused Munna and Prince assaulted her with iron rod on her head. The husband of the informant came to save her but the petitioner and co-accused Raushan Ram beat him. Further, co-accused Prince Ram snatched ear ring of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR has been lodged after 7 days of the occurrence. The defense side has also lodged a case for the same day occurrence against the prosecution side. He has submitted further the impugned order itself shows that none had suffered any kind of injury. The FIR shows itself that there is land dispute between the parties.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/Nirmal U T
