2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complain Case No. 2192C of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 01.04.2025.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63567 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Complain Case No. 2192C of 2018.
