The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ranjan Kumar Prasad alleged that in his place Kundan Kumar appeared at the examination for recruitment of constable. The petitioner is said to have set up Kundan Kumar, but there is no material to show that the petitioner anywhere persuaded Kundan Kumar to appear at the examination in place of Ranjan Kumar Prasad.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46923 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2015, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
