It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the order dated 09.08.2018 issued by the competent authority bearing Memo No 992, the relief prayed for in the instant writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioner's claim with respect to the period 28.10.2017 to 19.02.2018 has also been redressed by the Department. Learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed an apprehension that subsequent on adjudication in the case of M/s

Patna High Court CWJC No.6727 of 2018 (6) dt.27-08-2018 2/2 Broad Son Commodities Private Limited and M/s Aditya Multicom Private Limited in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No 6790 of 2018 and CWJC No 5627 of 2018 respectively, there is a possibility that he may be faced with demands to his prejudice. He prays that liberty may be given to him that in the event, such an occasion arises, he may be free to avail remedy in accordance with law.

Since the future possibilities are not before this Court, the same have not been dealt with in the instant proceedings. Needless to say that if any prejudice is occasioned to the petitioner by any demands in the future, it will always be open to him to avail of all legal remedies in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of.
