2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25985 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suffering from jaundice and the doctor had advised him for complete bed rest and hence the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period, in terms of order dated 22.04.2019.
