The petitioners, namely, Gholo Singh, Kallu Singh @ Kallu Kumar Singh and Madhukar Singh, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The petitioners are alleged to have come to the orchard of the informant and abused the informant, his mother, brother and labour by naming their caste. It is submitted that there is a counter-version being Complaint Case No. 595(C)/15. Some verbal altercation took place for purchasing of mango trees. The occurrence did not take place in public view and no specific

Considering the fact that there is case and countercase and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in SC/ST (Munger) P.S. Case No. 17/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
