2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"I.

To pass appropriate order allowing continuity of service rendered by the petitioner as teacher in Middle School (Primary Section) with the service rendered by him as Assistant Teacher in Secondary School (Secondary Section) for the purpose of Pension and Gratuity.

II. To pass appropriate order for reckoning the service period rendered by the Petitioner in Middle School (Primary Section) from 17-5-1976 to 10-4-1985 with the service

Patna High Court CWJC No.18129 of 2016 dt.13-09-2018 2/2 period rendered by the petitioner in Secondary School from 11-4-1985 to 31-32012 for fixation of Pension and Gratuity. III. To pass appropriate order for revision of Pension and Gratuity of the Petitioner after the aforesaid reckoning of entire service period from 17-5-1976 to 31-32012 as qualifying service and payment of the arrears of differential amount of Pension and Gratuity."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
