02. In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 377 of 2022, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended and released by the police on 'Personal Recognizance Bond'.

04. In the facts and circumstances, the instant Criminal Misc. Petition is not maintainable and, as such, the same is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the court concerned, which shall consider the case of the petitioner in the light of decision of this Court in the case of
