Apprehending their arrest in Chandan (Anandpur) P.S.Case No. 46 of 2017 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC, petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail.
It is submitted that although the allegation of assaulting the informant and one Harendra with Kulhari on head is attributed to the petitioners, but the injuries sustained by them were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. It is a case of land dispute.
Counsel for the State opposed the prayer.
Considering the allegation made in the FIR against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46808 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail. Prayer is rejected.
The petitioners shall surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law.
