This writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to carry out the earlier order of this Court dated 04.05.2018. In the event, the petitioner deposits the amount of Rs. 50,000/- as mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 04.05.2018, there will be fresh measurement of the petitioner in terms of the said order and the consequence will follow.
If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount, the authority will not go for re-measurement.
With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
