2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 262 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have looted the informant after assaulting him. During investigation, it has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused that the petitioner is the liner (informer).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63469 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
