JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-02-2019 Having regard to the chequered history of dismissal for default and restoration yet non appearance of the counsel for petitioner, the Court is constrained to accept the statement on behalf of the opposite parties that the direction of the writ Court has been complied with and as such the Court is not inclined to proceed any further.

The present proceeding is accordingly, dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner. In the event the petitioner has any grievance in terms of the direction of the writ Court, the petitioner may file affidavit for revival of the present proceeding. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
