The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No.201 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 414of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, there is recovery of two stolen motorcycles from the house of the petitioner and he is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now he is in custody for more than four months and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59109 of 2019(4) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Mufassil P.S.Case No.201 of 2019 dated 8.7.2019 with condition to co-operate in the investigation. And he has to appear before the police station of his jurisdiction for a period of six months to that he may watch the conduct of the petitioner..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
