Case No.250 of 2017 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. They are in custody since 26.06.2017 and 30.07.2017 respectively.

From the cow-shed of the petitioners, liquor in question in commercial quantity has been seized. However, considering the fact that in various cases, identical in nature, bail has been granted to the persons similarly situated, the present petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2017 and 30.07.2017 and the trial may take time, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
