No. 23479 of 2012 (Ramdhyan Kushwaha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) disposed of on 03.08.2017.

In that view of the matter, the authority concerned will examine the fact, law and prayer of both the cases, if all are identical, the petitioners may also be granted the same benefit as has been given to Ramdhyan Kushwaha & Ors.
