Petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2016 in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 108 of 2016 arising out of Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 354B, 504 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 and 10 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected by this Court with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now, charges in this case have been framed and the petitioner is still in custody for more than one year.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46202 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Patna in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 108 of 2016 arising out of Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016.
