"for initiating a contempt proceeding against the respondents for willfully violation and disobedience of judgment and order dated 19/05/2017j passed by Hon'ble The Chief Justice Mr. Rajendra Menon and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Singh in C.W.J.C. No.5599/2017 (Shaista Praween Vs. The State of Bihar and others) by which the writ application filed by the petitioner has been allowed with a direction that if there is encroachment in the area and in spite of Annexure-6 the competent authority has not taken any action, the petitioner should file a properly constituted complaint before the competent statutory authority, namely

Patna High Court MJC No.1575 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 respondent no.-7 under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and it would be for the competent statutory authority to take action for removal of the encroachment after following the due process of law as contemplated under the statute within six months from the date of filing of the complaint and with observation the writ petition has disposed of."

In view of Annexure-B, the directions contained in the order stands complied with.

The petition is disposed of.
