The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case. The main allegation is against accused Laxman Sah who is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant with farsa.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners,namely,Jag Narain Sah @ Jay Narain Sah, Raj Kumar Sah and Harendra Ram are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the
