JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 09.02.2016 and, earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25594 of 2016. The impugned order goes to show that charge against the petitioner has already been framed and two prosecution witnesses were examined but they turned hostile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased and, moreover, he has sufficiently been punished and there is nothing on the record to show that the release of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge 6th , Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 139 of 2014.
