2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-B)a, 25(1-AA), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. One accused, namely, Bhola Rajbhar was caught running the illicit gun factory and huge recovery was made from his house.

4. Petitioners who are the sons of accused Bhola Rajbhar are also involved in the same business and they are in custody since 07.08.2023.

5. Considering the fact that petitioners are involved in manufacture of the illegal weapons, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
