JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is printed in the daily cause list.

Learned G.P. 32 appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 5, submits that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna. Therefore, according to him, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order of status quo passed on 05.09.2012 by a Bench of this Court stands vacated.
