Vide order dated 15.09.2014 passed under Criminal Miscellaneous No.25992 of 2014, both the petitioners were granted bail with certain condition whereunder both the petitioners were required to pay Rs.2,50,000/- within a year from the date of release while Rs.50,000/- was to be deposited before tendering of bail bonds.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that uptill-now Rs.1,70,000/- have already been deposited. With regard to remaining, appertaining to Rs.1,30,000/-, the period should be extended furthermore.

Considering the submission made on behalf of petitioners, the period is extended up-till 28th February, 2016. It is made clear that no further extension will be allowed. It is also made clear that in case of non-deposit of remaining amount within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47746 of 2015 (02) dt.07-10-2015 the aforesaid stipulated period, the privilege, so being availed, in pursuance of order dated 15.09.2014 will evaporate. With the aforesaid conditions, the order dated 15.09.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.25992 of 2014 is modified.

Consequent thereupon, Criminal Miscellaneous No.47746 of 2015 is allowed.
