The present writ application has basically been filed for a direction to the Respondent-Bihar State Housing Board to issue allotment letter in favour of the petitioner in respect to Flat 36, Block No. 2, Sector - 7, situated at Bahadurpur Housing Colony, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. However, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 submits that the claim of the petitioner in the writ application is based upon false statement which got
