2. The respondents have to treat the B.Ed. degree of the petitioner from Jammu and Kashmir University as valid and on taking such degree as valid, the respondents have to take appropriate decision by including the name of the petitioner for appointment on the post of teacher on the basis of TET examination. The respondents have also to treat the B.Ed. degree from Jammu and Kashmir University as valid for all teacher appointment.
