02. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 80 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
03. As per prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Arbind Ram in the year 2024. The allegation is that the petitioner, who is the mother of the co-accused Arbind Ram, and other co-accused used to torture the daughter of the informant just after her marriage. Further allegation is that they administered her poison on 26.04.2025. Subsequently, she died due to poisoning.
04. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64975 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No occurrence in the manner as alleged has ever taken place. The deceased used to live separately from the petitioner. In fact, the deceased was having love affair with a boy and due to his threat, she committed suicide. The co-accused husband of the deceased is in jail. The petitioner has no role in the whole occurrence and she is having clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted.
05. Learned APP for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. Learned APP submits that the petitioner and other co-accused persons administered poison to the daughter of the informant, causing her death within a year of her marriage.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner is stated to the mother-in-law of the deceased and the allegation is general and vague and further considering the period of custody of the petitioner and her clean antecedent along with submission of charge-sheet, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64975 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bikramganj, Rohtas/court concerned in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 480(3) of BNSS and the following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
