Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court, vide order dated 14.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32392 of 2017 with an observation that he shall renew his prayer for bail after five months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has filed a petition for modification of the earlier order as the petitioner has already remained in custody for six months. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that earlier order had been passed on merit after hearing the parties, as such I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. As such, the order stands.
