The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 372, 376, 328 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation is against co-accused Sanjay Thakur with whom there was affairs as initially Sanjay Thakur married with the informant changing his name. Allegation against the petitioner is that prior to the entire occurrence she had asked the informant to go for photographs and she left the informant alone where brothers of this petitioner came and carried her to the referred places.
