The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 372, 376, 328 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation is against co-accused Sanjay Thakur with whom there was affairs as initially Sanjay Thakur married with the informant changing his name. Allegation against the petitioner is that prior to the entire occurrence she had asked the informant to go for photographs and she left the informant alone where brothers of this petitioner came and carried her to the referred places. No.46554 of 2016 (4) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 petitioner and the fact that she is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-1st Buxar/Successor Court in connection with POCSO Case No. 15 of 2016 arising out of Buxar Mahila Police Station Case No. 42 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
