The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 513 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and the members of the prosecution party.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and the injury report annexed at Annexure-P-2 & P-3 to the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58792 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 petition would show that none of the members of the prosecution party have received any injury. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedents and they are languishing in custody since 21.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioners, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 513 of 2019.
