From the order impugned, it is evident that after order of cognizance dated 12.11.1999, there was no presence at the end of the petitioner and on account thereof, he was declared absconder on 25.04.2007. It has also been submitted that petitioner happens to be under custody since 04.09.2016. It has further been submitted that it happens to be a case of first appearance. Considering the submission made on behalf of petitioner, petitioner, Manohar Prasad @ Mantu Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Gorakh Nath Dubey, Judicial
