2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons were found indulged in dealing with the forged stamp papers and court fee stamp.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below. He further submits that petitioner has two criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024, subject to the conditions: (I) The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation, if not already concluded and make himself available and when so required and in case of failure, the State shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. (II) The petitioner will mark his attendance in the local police station in the first week of every month till conclusion of trial, failing which the prosecution will be at liberty to move cancellation of his bail bond.
