2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Yadav, who disclosed that at the instance of this petitioner, he killed brother of informant. Petitioner is Bhabhi of informant. There is no material against this petitioner that she actively participated in the alleged offence. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 17.07.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2025.
