The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the FIR instituted on the basis of disclosure made by the arrested accused Subhash Yadav and Mithun Yadav as also taking into consideration the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the
