2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S.Case No. 543 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant got information that a dead body was lying near the maize field and he found that the dead body was of his father and his neck was cut by a sharp weapon by unknown person. The motorcycle which belongs to his father was recovered near the dead body.

4. The petitioner is one of the killers of the deceased. The deceased was called by Juli Devi and thereafter, the deceased was killed by the petitioner and another co-accused.

5. The FIR was lodged against unknown person. The

6. Considering the facts that Juli Devi is a woman and she has been granted bail but considering the fact that the petitioner and others have killed the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
