2. Though, the Court has been assisted by learned counsel for the petitioner for quite some time, in view of the developments which have taken place in the matter, the Court would only observe that the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for such cause of action as the forum would

Patna High Court C. REV. No.362 of 2017 dt.01-08-2018 2/2 be having complete jurisdiction to take notice of all such developments and do proper justice in the matter, which in the present jurisdiction of the Court is extremely narrow and limited.

3. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty be given to him and the disposal of the present proceeding may not come in the way of the petitioner seeking his remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. Having considered the matter, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum in a duly constituted proceeding with regard to his grievances based on past facts as well as subsequent developments. The Court would only observe that the fact that the present application has been disposed off shall not prejudice the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the forum which he shall invoke.
