2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.N.M.U. (Lalit Narayan University) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, 720 liters of Nepali Liquor has been recovered from a Scorpio Vehicle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 06.06.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner has 17 criminal antecedents of similar nature.

7. Considering criminal antecedents of the petitioner, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
