The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

32 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Banswari behind the house Vijay Sahni.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Case No. 277 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
